Job Description:

Reporting directly to the Lead Accountant, Titan Farms is seeking an Accounting Assistant to perform administrative duties such as preparing accounting reports, tracking and recording financial transactions, and helping with payroll processing. The qualified individual will be an enthusiastic and outgoing individual with a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will be a collaborator, self-motivated and hard-working. Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Duties: Assist with payroll processing.
• Processing Transactions: This includes assisting with accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and managing payments.
• Prepares Reports: Assist in the preparation of reports, and other documents.
• Administrative Duties: Includes filing, answering phones, and other clerical tasks related to the accounting department.
• Other duties as assigned by Management

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary degree and/or certifications are desired
• Entry level accounting knowledge
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
• Organizational skills and detail oriented
• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields preferred
• Experience in ERP Software is preferred.
