Accountant II - Titan Farms is seeking an Accountant II to join our team. This position will provide direct support to accounting team and will be responsible for preparing monthly financials including schedules and journal entries, managing custom invoicing, assisting in annual budget process, year-end audit, and ad hoc reporting. We require a degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.

Position Requirements:

• Assist with monthly and year-end close and reconciliation of GL accounts.
• Maintain financial reports, records and GL accounts.
• Review financial statements.
• Communicate accounting policies to various departments within the company.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and protection of company assets.
• Prepare expense and revenue accruals.
• Perform special accounting projects or ad hoc duties as required by CFO and Controller
• Work with external financials auditors at year-end close
• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, and work procedures.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience
• Accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
• Numeracy and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills, deadline, and detail oriented.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Self-starter and self-directed problem solver.
• Previous experience in accounting.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday with potential for some weekend work
